一、用途 Purpose of the machine
MK8940型线锯导轮开槽专用磨床，主要用于太阳能光伏行业硅棒切片线锯的聚氨酯导轮的磨削开槽，同样也可用于其他行业的线锯导轮开槽。 The machine MK 8940x1200 is specially designed for photovoltaic industry to slot through polyurethane guiding wheel grinding with silicon bar cutting scroll saws. It also can be used for slotting with wire saws.

| 顶尖距达到1200mm，磨削尺寸大，最大可达Φ350mm X 1020mm，使用范围广，基本可覆盖国际几大硅棒切片线锯机型的聚氨酯导轮开槽。如：Meyer Burger（梅耶博格尔公司）的DS262.DS264.DS265.DS271,日本NTC的D442.PV800,HCT公司的B5.B6等其他机型。主要部件采用国际著名品牌产品，如SIEMENS的数控系统和电机，德国海德汉（HEIDENHAIN）的光栅尺等，加工精度高。 The machine has characteristics of a wide range use and big size grinding, with its center distance reaching 1200mm, maximum diameter 350mm and length 1020mm, capable of covering major international manufacturers’silicon bar cutting machines with scroll saw， including DS262, DS264,DS265, DS271 by Meyer Burger, Switzerland, D442, PV800 by NTC, Japan, and by HCT etc. Being incorporated with world well-known brands into the machine, such as CNC system & motors from SIEMENS, grating scale from HEIDENHAIN and so on, the machine can obtain a high machining accuracy. |
